What to do when we are closed

When you’re injured or unwell, choosing the right care, first time can save you time and effort, as well as helping make the best use of NHS resources.

If we are closed and you require medical attention that cannot wait until the surgery re-opens please call NHS 111.
NHS 111 is the telephone helpline for when you urgently need medical help or advice but it’s not a life threatening situation. It’s open 24 hours a day, every day of the year and is free to call from your landline or mobile phone.

Please remember that A&E departments are for emergencies only and 999 should be used for life threatening emergencies.

The NHS have also released a ‘Service finder APP’ that can be used to help find the nearest and most appropriate health service wherever you are. Just tap ‘NHS service finder’ into your smartphone App store.

Please consider registering for online access.

When you register to access our online services you are able to make and cancel appointments outside of the practice opening hours. You can also order repeat medications and view your medical record if you have applied for enhanced access.
